Crescent's Investments group works to enhance the company's portfolio and maximize its investments.

The group oversees acquisitions for the company—targeting demand-driven markets with strong job and population growth and pursuing joint venture arrangements with strategic partners. Based on analysis of market conditions and customer demand, the group seeks development opportunities of land parcels owned by Crescent, as well as build-to-suit opportunities. The group also guides select dispositions within the portfolio and oversees the company's resort, hotel, and residential investments.
